The Technological University of Bahía de Banderas, a Decentralized Public Body of the State Government of Nayarit, with Legal Personality and Own Assets, as established by Legislative Decree No. 8584 published in the Official Journal of the State Government of Nayarit on June 9, 2004, located at Blvd Nuevo Vallarta 65 in Nuevo Vallarta, Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, issues this Privacy Notice:

This Privacy Notice aims to protect personal data through proper treatment. The Technological University of Bahía de Banderas will be responsible for the Use and Protection of your Personal Data, which will be protected in accordance with the provisions of the General Law of Personal Data Protection Held by Obligated Subjects and any other applicable regulations.

The personal data to be processed include: I - Identification: Name, Last Names, Marital Status, Gender, Date of Birth, Language, Address (Street and Number), Postal Code, Locality, Place of Birth, Age, Mother's, Father's or Legal Guardian's Name, Phone, Mobile/Personal/Work Phone, Personal Email, Autograph Signature, Electronic Signature, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Key (CURP), School Enrollment Number, Employee Number, Photograph, Names of Family Members and/or Personal References, Dependents and Beneficiaries, Credentialization, Entry and Exit Records to University Facilities, Passwords - Access Keys and/or Algorithms for using Platforms - Programs - Software - Emails and other digital services managed for Administrative - Academic - Service - Student performance and everything related to the Technological University of Bahía de Banderas. II - Professional/Academic: Occupations, Positions, Work or Department Areas, Address - Phone - Email of previous and current jobs, School of Origin, Academic Average, Extracurricular Activities, Job References, Academic Performance Records, Titles, Courses, Training, Professions, and any Documents - Files detailing Professional Level. III - Financial or Asset: Salary Deductions, Movable or Immovable Assets, Credit History, Income, Expenses, Bank Accounts, Insurance, Retirement Accounts, Bonds, Services Contracted, Debts, Bank Account Numbers, and all alphanumeric and/or Documentary Information such as Socioeconomic Studies or Similar referencing the person's Financial or Asset situation.

In addition to the aforementioned Personal Data, we will use the following Sensitive Personal Data requiring special protection:

IV - Health: Social Security Number of the person authorizing and other family members, Allergies, Illnesses, Disabilities, Use of Eyewear - Orthopedic - Hearing aids, Genetic Information, Current and Future Health Status, Biometric Records. V - Others: Data of Ethnic or Racial Origin, Sexual Preferences, Religious - Philosophical - Moral Beliefs, Political Opinions.

The cited Personal Data will be used according to the Normative and Legal Faculties of the Technological University of Bahía de Banderas to provide Services: Professional, Work, Educational, Cultural, Sports, Recreational, Scholarships, Student and Teacher Mobility, Awards, Personal-Academic-Work Information Registration and Control for Applicants-Students-Graduates, Certifications, Degree Awards, Payment Procedures, and Credentialing. In specific cases, it may be used for: Job Opportunities, Internships-Mobility, Banks, Insurers, Government Agencies, and any competent and duly accredited Authority.

By providing your Personal Data through: Requests, Paper Forms, Digital Forms, Email, or any other means related to the Technological University of Bahía de Banderas, you accept and authorize the University to process your Personal Data. Please note that at all times you have the right to know what Personal Data we have about you.
